KUNA/KYA

The purpose of Y-Club is to engage students in research and debate of state and world issues.

Regional topics involving the state of Kentucky are addressed at the annual Kentucky Youth Assembly (KYA), while international issues are focused on at the Kentucky United Nations Assembly (KUNA).  Delegates are involved in an intensive 3-day conference at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Louisville, KY.

The KYA conference is held each fall, while KUNA occurs in the spring.

These conferences are student-led and involve debating issues, voting on legislation, and presenting bills relevant to Kentucky and other countries around the world.

Delegates are expected to attend meetings and one or both conferences.

Eligibility
Open to all students.
