The DeSales learning community nurtures the development of the whole person by providing a variety of extra-curricular and co-curricular activities.
Students develop leadership and
social skills, a servant's heart and a giving spirit by
participating in organizations like
Beta Club, the Joseph of
Arimathea Society, Key Club,
KUNA/KYA, National Honor Society,
Peer Leaders,
Student Government, and
the Technology Leadership Club.
Students foster their
competitive and outdoor pursuits through Intramurals, the
Chess Club and
the CABO Club (Creating
Adventures in the Beautiful Outdoors).
Students develop additional brain power by joining one of the
Academic Teams - Quick Recall, Future Problem Solving,
Governor's Cup, and the Math Team.
All students participate in the
Religious Activities program. Days of renewal and overnight retreats help each student develop his spiritual self and foster a deeper relationship with God. School and class masses, prayer services and outreach projects bring the community together for worship and service.
