DeSales relies upon the generosity of its
extended family of alumni, past and current parents and other
friends of the school to continue providing quality educational
programs within our tradition of faith and brotherhood.
The Advancement Office manages all charitable
giving to DeSales in an effort to help cover
the gap between tuition revenue and the actual cost of
operating a high school.
DeSales is grateful to the over 1,300
benefactors who partner with us in our mission of Catholic
education.
If you
would like to invest in the young me of DeSales high school by
making a charitable contribution, please send your gift to DeSales at
the address below or contact the DeSales Advancement Office at
(502) 366-6131 for more information. We
welcome your support through:
-
The Annual Fund (Gifts are
unrestricted, i.e. not designated for any one project)
-
Teach-nology (Gifts help
pay the costs incurred in providing every student an IBM
Thinkpad laptop within a completely wireless T1 network)
-
Financial Aid (Gifts
supplement the amount of need-based tuition assistance
the school is able to grant)
Most donations are received in the form of
cash or check. We would also be happy to speak with you about
making a gift of appreciated stock, making a planned gift,
such as including DeSales as a beneficiary in your will, or
making a charitable contribution that offers a special tax
benefit to the you, such as a charitable remainder trust.
